GUIDELINES ON RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

All of our products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return them for STORE CREDIT, as long as your return meets the following requirements:

  • All returns MUST be made within 30 days of the ship date.

  • If an item is damaged or defective when you received it, you may return it and we will include the original shipping costs in your store credit.

  • If you are not happy with an item because of the fit or design, you may return it as long as it HAS NOT been washed or worn, is in re-sellable condition and has the original tags still attached. Please note, YOU WILL be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for sending the items back to us and we cannot reimburse you for these costs. *Unless we made a mistake on the original order or the item arrived damaged or defective. (*See #2)

 

WE DO NOT PROCESS EXCHANGES

 

For your convenience and to eliminate any “Out Of Stock” issues, when you return your unwanted item(s) you will receive a store credit via email to notify you that your credit has been placed into your account. You can then use the credit to purchase any new items you’d like by going to hotrodharlot.com & placing a normal order. This will speed up the “exchange” process and will ensure that what you want is actually in stock.

WHAT ABOUT TAX, DUTIES, CUSTOMS FEES AND VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX)?

If you live in Illinois, we are required by law to collect & remit tax for your state!

Customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees or value added taxes levied by the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount customers are charged by their local customs offices. We strongly recommend contacting your customs office for more information on their policies. We are required to declare the Value of any shipped items at the Fair Market Value (Retail Price) to remain compliant with all receiving destination's Customs law.

Shipping

We offer domestic and international shipping, with some limitations.  All shipping is done via the United States Postal Service and is beholden to their policies and pricing.  We ship weekly, and therefore it can take anywhere between 1 and 10 days for your order to be processed and shipped.  Upon fulfillment, you will receive a confirmation email of shipment and tracking information for your order, both internationally and domestic.
